How to Make Reservations

1. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope your stay will be relaxing and fun.

2. Check the Availability and Rates page to determine which open dates you would like to reserve.

3. Print the Rental Agreement. Fill it out and mail or fax it to us. Fax number: 888-728-0750

4. We require a $150 refundable deposit and the Rental Agreement to secure your reservation.
We accept the following forms of payment:
     ·You can send a personal check by mail
     ·You can call us and we can take your VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card
     ·You can use PayPal. When using PayPal, submit the payment to ClicksCondo@yahoo.com
As soon as we receive these two items, your reservation will be secured. An invoice will be sent by mail or email showing your exact totals.

5. To calculate your rental amount, see the Availability and Rates page to determine the cost of rental per night, per week or per month. Add $75 for a cleaning fee. Add 11% Alabama lodging tax. That's it! No hidden costs or fees!

6. If your check in date is less than 3 weeks away, full payment for the rental, the $150 refundable deposit and the Rental Agreement are due right away. If your check in date is more than 3 weeks away, your full payment will be due 3 weeks prior to your check in date to allow time to mail the key packet.

7. After full payment is received, a Key Packet will be mailed to you. The Key Packet will include keys, parking pass(es) and a return envelope. You should receive your key packet about a week before your check in date.

8. Go to the beach and have a great time! If you should need help with anything, just give us a call at 256-509-1303.

9. When you return home, drop the keys and parking pass(es) in the return envelope (postage is provided on the envelope). Put the envelope in the mail.

10. After the keys and parking pass(es) have been received and provided there is no damage to the unit, your $150 deposit will be returned to you.
